The White House Project’s Long-Term Vision for the DC Leadership Circle is to:
- Address Gender Parity Across Sectors, including business, law, multi-laterals, and the political parties.
- Bring The White House Project’s award-winning “Vote, Run, Lead” leadership training to Hill staffers and other partners and women’s networks surrounding our nation’s Capital.
- Build a diverse, intergenerational network, engaging young women with The White House Project's trainings and by expanding the DC Leadership Circle.
